Do you want to work in a fun, fast‑paced environment? The Preschool Program at the Mystic Valley YMCA is the place for you! Our program is dedicated to the children of Malden, Everett, and Medford. It is a space for children to express themselves through arts, STEM, music, and more. This job gives you the space to create a fun curriculum based on your interests!

This role allows you to make a difference in the lives of children by becoming a key role in their daily lives.

Salary Range: $18.00 to $20.00 Hourly

• Excited and committed to making a difference in the lives of the children they work with, and serve as a positive role model
• Provide a positive, safe, fun, and memorable quality experience to all children and families
• Develop and implement age‑appropriate curriculum
• Must be a team player and be able to communicate effectively with coworkers
• Be able to create a fun, diverse, and engaging environment
• Completion of Early Education and Childcare trainings
• First Aid and CPR certified preferred, but training available in the first 60 days
• All candidates must meet the state EEC qualifications including but not limited to Criminal Records Check, Fingerprinting, and verification of work experience and references
