• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) / Diploma (D3):
  Hotel Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Asst. Sales Manager / Sales Manager
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales (priority given to experience in hotels with a similar target market in Malang). Potential Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possesses an extensive network (local & national corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers).
• Capable of developing Sales Strategies and maintaining good client relationships.
• Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills and persuasive presentation skills.
• Familiar with hotel reservation systems.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English (verbal and written). Other languages are a plus.
• Results-oriented, proactive, takes initiative, able to work under pressure, understands the local culture of Malang.
• Target-oriented, highly motivated, proactive, able to drive and possesses an active driver’s license (SIM
