Operations Auditor, Quality Assurance - Jawa Timur

Responsibilities

These responsibilities describe the daily activities for the role.

• Conduct routine inspection of Sortation Center (SOC) and Hubs of Shopee Express to ensure that standard policy, compliance, workflows, and procedures are in place to support the operation.
• Inspect operating compliance in Sortation Center and Hubs (based on the SOP) and identify improvement opportunities by providing problem identification.
• Assess the Sortation Center and Hubs' compliance level against the standard assessment checklist.
• Summarize and report key findings from inspections on a regular basis (daily, weekly, and monthly), focusing on bottlenecks to increase productivity and reduce costs.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control / Assurance / SOP compliance.
• Prior experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or e-commerce background will be an advantage.
• Familiar with logistics KPI, metrics, systems, and flow.
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
• Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to adapt to a new environment.
• Willing to travel to visit Sortation Centers or Hubs to conduct an audit (shift working hours).
• Willing to be placed at Malang, Jawa Timur.
