About the Role
As an Account Manager
, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers within a cloud solutions environment. This role suits experienced sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling, pipeline ownership, and long-term account development in a technology-driven setting.
You will work in an international environment with structured onboarding, continuous learning opportunities, and clear career progression.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory
- Identify and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with internal sales and solution teams
- Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant stakeholders
- Support deal closure plans and ensure smooth execution across the sales cycle
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and partner ecosystems
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline run rates
- Position cloud technologies and services to effectively address customer business needs
- Native or fluent Norwegian
- 3–6+ years of experience in technology sales, account management, or business development
- Experience working in a partner-based or technical sales environment
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, deployment models, and adoption planning
- Ability to explain technical concepts and solution architectures to business stakeholders
- Knowledge of security, identity, compliance, and privacy principles in cloud environments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field preferred)
- Experience with cloud productivity, collaboration, or communication platforms
- Fundamentals-level certifications in cloud or business technologies
- Working hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:30
- Friday: 09:00–16:30
- Bonus: up to €5,000 gross/year
