Base Salary: €25,000 gross/year
Performance Bonus: Up to €4,800 gross/year

We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Renewals Specialist to join a growing cloud solutions team in the Málaga area.
This role focuses on managing renewals, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting customer growth within a cloud technology environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSecure renewals and identify new customer growth opportunities
Maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Collaborate with sales agents, solution specialists, and partner teams
Monitor and manage pipeline performance
Support close plan execution and update stakeholders
Connect customers with best-fit cloud solutions
Track key performance indicators and run rates
RequirementsNative or proficient Norwegian (C1–C2)
3–6+ years of experience in technology sales or business development
Experience in partner ecosystems and technical sales environments (preferred)
Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning
Knowledge of security, identity, and compliance in cloud/hybrid environments (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
