Job Description

As a Scrum Master
, your mission will be to facilitate agile practices and ensure the effective adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, helping teams deliver high‑quality solutions efficiently while continuously improving their ways of working.

You will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, removing impediments and supporting teams through change in dynamic and evolving environments.

We need someone like you to contribute across the following responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives).
  • Support teams in the effective application of Scrum and Kanban principles.
  • Remove impediments and proactively manage dependencies and risks.
  • Coach team members on agile best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Support change management and agile adoption within the organization.
  • Promote transparency and communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Use tools such as JIRA, ALM and Microsoft Teams to track progress and performance.
  • Encourage a results‑oriented mindset and high team engagement.
Qualifications EXPERIENCE
  • 1–2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner
    .
  • Hands‑on experience applying Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Exposure to TDD/BDD practices is a plus.
EDUCATION
  • Certificate of Higher Education, University Degree or Master’s degree.
  • Technical background is a plus.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Scrum Master Professional certification
    .
  • Strong experience and knowledge of the Kanban Method
    .
  • User‑level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and Microsoft Teams
    .
  • Highly fluent in English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
    .
  • Proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong change management capabilities.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of supply chain finance products (e.g. Confirming) is a plus.
  • Understanding of payment methods and accounting concepts is a plus.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus or LeSS.
  • Ability to understand the tools involved in a deployment pipeline
    .
  • Knowledge of Management 3.0 principles.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
