We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German and English to join our customer service team. You will be the primary point of contact for our German‑speaking customers, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality support experience across all communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a problem‑solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone in both German and English.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, offering solutions, and ensuring follow‑up.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical support, logistics, etc.) to resolve complex issues.
- Help maintain and update customer support documentation and FAQs in both languages.
- Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve the overall customer experience.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in German C2 or native‑level and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support, call centre, or help desk roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in e‑commerce, SaaS, or technology‑based companies is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and support software.
- Ability to handle technical queries or escape them appropriately.
- Familiarity with KPIs and service‑level targets.
