As a Full Stack Technical Lead, you will guide the design and development of scalable, high-quality applications across both back-end and front-end technologies. You will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of robust software solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable Java applications using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of responsive front-end components using Angular and/or React.js.
• Architect, develop, and consume RESTful APIs supporting data-driven, service-oriented ecosystems. Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev Ops, QA, UX/UI, Product) to deliver high-quality, maintainable software solutions.
• Ensure the reliability and efficiency of system integrations, including data consistency and integrity across processes.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across the development team.
• Lead the integration and optimization of applications with relational databases such as Oracle, Postgre
  
  SQL, or MySQL.
• Conduct and oversee code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance.
• Drive and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, architecture, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Promote continuous learning within the team, adopting emerging technologies and techniques to enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Expertise in Java programming
  with a deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and their application in complex systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem
  , especially Spring Boot, for designing and leading the implementation of RESTful services.
• Strong front-end development capabilities
  using Angular and/or React.js, with the ability to define standards and best practices for UI development.
• Ability to architect, design, and validate REST APIs
  , ensuring scalable, maintainable, and consistent integrations across systems.
• Practical experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Postgre
  
  SQL, or MySQL, including performance tuning and data modeling oversight.
• Solid understanding and application of software design patterns, clean architecture, and industry best
  practices
  , with the ability to coach the team in their effective use.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed technical decisions and guide others when needed.
• Proven experience in both
  front-end and back-end development
  , demonstrating solid full stack capabilities across modern frameworks and architectures.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful web services and working with relational databases such as Oracle, Postgre
  
  SQL, or MySQL.
• Technical leadership capabilities
  , including the ability to mentor developers, provide architectural guidance, and drive best practices across the team.

• Fluent in French
• Experience in international environments.
