• 4+ years of experience in front‑end development.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on React Native experience.
• Good command of English (B2+).
• Proven ability to take initiative and lead projects or teams.
• Bonus points if you bring experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Go, Cloud services, or PostgreSQL
