Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
  • Drive New Acquisition:
    Execute sales strategies to prospect, pitch, and close new corporate clients, consistently hitting revenue and transaction targets.
  • Own the Sales Cycle:
    Manage the end‑to‑end journey, from initial commercial negotiation and deal execution to seamless platform onboarding.
  • Optimize Account Growth:
    Drive platform adoption and increase share of wallet by proactively identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Cultivate Partnerships:
    Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact, building long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Deliver Value:
    Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations to ensure client satisfaction, manage renewals, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Bridge Internal Teams:
    Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Care to resolve client issues and translate user feedback into meaningful platform enhancements.
  • Report & Strategize:
    Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date sales pipelines and deliver actionable performance insights to management.
Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
  • Must be based in or currently residing in Makassar, South Sulawesi
  • Experience in the travel industry (Travel Agency, OTA, corporate travel, MICE, or related ecosystem) is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing corporate accounts
  • Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
  • Good negotiation and deal‑closing capability
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and target‑driven environment
