We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team in Makassar. This on-site position focuses on maintaining and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, and meet sales targets by identifying and securing new opportunities. Regular client interactions and visits to ensure seamless service delivery will be expected.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
• Sales, negotiation, and account management experience
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in business tools and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Understanding of technology services, including cloud solutions and IT infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in managed IT services or a related industry is a plus
