Store Coordinator

Overview

We want YOU to be part of Torch growth! As a Store Coordinator Makassar
, you will manage the day-to-day operations store. The Store Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to store's overall success by overseeing the efficient functioning of various aspects. This position requires a combination of leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of the fashion retail environment.

• Supervise and lead a team of store staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or issues promptly. Ensure that the team maintains a positive and customer-friendly environment.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by motivating the team, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to enhance sales.
• Oversee and participate in inventory control activities, such as stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, and regular stock checks.
• Support the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive and organized store layout.
• Train new staff members, conduct ongoing training sessions, and provide coaching to improve team performance.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
• Maintain effective communication with the store manager, other supervisors, and staff. Relay important information and ensure that the team is well-informed.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with customers, escalating to higher management when necessary.

• Willing to be placed in Makassar.
• Min. 1 year of experience as a store leader/PIC store/Store Coordinator/Store Manager in a fashion retail industry is a must.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Experience in leading and developing a team is desirable.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently, either independently or by collaborating with the store manager.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
