Responsibilities- Drive New Acquisition:
Execute sales strategies to prospect, pitch, and close new corporate clients, consistently hitting revenue and transaction targets. - Own the Sales Cycle:
Manage the end-to-end journey, from initial commercial negotiation and deal execution to seamless platform onboarding. - Optimize Account Growth:
Drive platform adoption and increase share of wallet by proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. - Cultivate Partnerships:
Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Procurement. - Deliver Value:
Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations to ensure client satisfaction, manage renewals, and identify areas for improvement. - Bridge Internal Teams:
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Care to resolve client issues and translate user feedback into meaningful platform enhancements. - Report & Strategize:
Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales pipelines and deliver actionable performance insights to management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Must be based in or currently residing in Makassar, South Sulawesi
- Experience in the travel industry (Travel Agency, OTA, corporate travel, MICE, or related ecosystem) is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing corporate accounts
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Good negotiation and deal-closing capability
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
