• Manage manpower requests by coordinating with vendors and the recruitment team
• Maintain manpower database for turnover reports and perform gap analysis
• Manage mitra courier with scope of work such as attendance, requests, recap warning letters, and escalate mitra issues to HRBP
• Manage BPJS and private insurance with scope of work such as reconciling payments, requesting additional profiles, and coordinating in case of accidents
• Do invoice reconciliation

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Management / Law or relevant field
• Min. 2 years of work experience in HR Admin / Vendor Management / Relationship Management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical thinking
• Excellent with MS Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM IF)
• Able to work under pressure at a fast-moving pace
• Enjoy roles that revolve around vendor management and performing repetitive daily operations
• Willing to be employed under contract
• Willing to travel
• Willing to be placed in Makassar with full five working days WFO
