Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree of Psychology / HR Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Able to travel to another city.
Available to join immediately with a full WFO working policy from Makassar.
Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
Work ScheduleWilling to work from the office, Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee status records (e.g., new hires, promotions, terminations).
- Prepare and manage HR documents (e.g., contracts, offer letters, mutation letters).
- Plan and manage recruitment activities and HR projects.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Oversee office management, including facility maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
- Manage company assets and inventory records.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support administrative needs of all departments as required.
