Pengawasan Operasional
:
Mengawasi seluruh kegiatan akuntansi harian, dari pencatatan transaksi hingga penyusunan laporan, memastikan akurasi dan kepatuhan standar.
Manajemen Tim
:
Memimpin, melatih, mengembangkan, dan memastikan efisiensi tim akuntansi.
Manajemen Anggaran & Biaya
:
Membantu menyusun anggaran, memantau pengeluaran departemen, dan mengidentifikasi area untuk efisiensi biaya.
Kepatuhan (Compliance):
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan pajak dan standar akuntansi yang berlaku, serta menangani audit.
Analisis & Saran
:
Menganalisis data keuangan historis untuk memberikan rekomendasi strategis dan saran kepada manajemen senior untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan.
