Job Description:

AHMG Contact Center, Marketing Consumer Experience

2600 Westhall Lane, Maitland, FL 32751

Monday - Friday, schedule can fluctuate 7am - 7pm / will float to different pediatric offices throughout Central FL as needed

* Serves as liaison between staff and other areas within the facility and act as an advisor to other disciplines.

* Assesses needs for personnel, supplies, equipment, and physical facilities for budget planning.

* Participates in clinical conferences, workshops, seminars, and related forums. Responds to and refers patient-related phone calls within a two-hour period, and call in prescriptions as ordered by the physician within 30 minutes.

* Supervises and participates in the provision of general nursing care activities.

* Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work.

* Develops, implements, and evaluates assigned tasks and objectives for different areas.

* Selects and assigns staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion.

* Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.

* Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.

* Identifies staff development and training needs and ensure that training is obtained.

* Conducts assessments of patient needs and initiate nursing care plans.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Excellent computer skills. [Required]

* Must be willing to float to other practices, within reason, when patient load, vacation schedules etc. make it necessary. [Required]

* Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements. [Required]

Education:

* Associate's of Nursing [Required]

* Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

* 2+ professional nursing experience, physician office [Preferred]
