Job Description:

* Assists with supervising locksmiths, carpenters, painters, engineers, general contractors, and all sub-contractors.

* Interfaces with department leadership and facility team leads to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

* Other Duties as assigned.

* Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises.

* Assists contractors and vendors with on-site events or maintenance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Excellent project management skills to manage multiple small to mid-sized healthcare projects [Required]

* Knowledge of healthcare design and construction techniques [Required]

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts [Required]

* Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills [Required]

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and manage multi-faceted teams [Required]

Education:

* Bachelor's [Preferred]

* High School Grad or Equiv OR 5 YEARS RELEVENT [Required]

Work Experience:

* 5+ construction related experience [Required]

* 5+ experience in all phases of architectural design process [Preferred]

* 5+ experience with state agency construction requirements [Preferred]

* 5+ extensive experience in the construction process, including all project deliverables [Preferred]

* 5+ healthcare experience [Preferred]

* 5+ project management experience [Preferred]

Licenses and

Certifications:

* General Contractor License (GENCON) [Preferred]

* Certified Project Manager (CertPMP) [Preferred]
