** Commissioning Specialist

** What You'll Do:*

** Deliver Excellence** :
Provide top-tier commissioning services that meet or exceed client expectations.

** Travel & Assess** :
Visit project sites to perform assessments, attend commissioning meetings, and work directly with clients and project teams to define scope and needs.

** Collaborate Across Teams** :
Engage with architects, engineers, owners, and code officials to ensure seamless integration of commissioning into each project.

** Lead Documentation Efforts** :
Develop commissioning plans, checklists, and functional performance tests. Conduct testing and compile final commissioning reports.

Stay sharp and current by participating in ongoing professional development, industry events, and continuing education opportunities.

Clearly express ideas and technical details through written, verbal, and visual communication.

* MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
*
* + 4 years minimum of controls or test and balance, HVAC design and/or Mech. Construction Administration experience.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive, and FTP share sites
** PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:*
* + CxT, CxA, CEM, LEED AP BC+C Commissioning certifications or interest to obtain.
+ Bachelor Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree from an Accredited University
+ Experienced in controls, test & balance and/or designing either K-12, Higher Education, Public Safety, Healthcare, Multi-family, Theme Park, and/or Government Facilities building types
