• Calculate, prepare, and post journal entries in the general ledgers for multiple companies.
• Reconcile bank statements and all general ledger accounts.
• Review and code monthly expense reimbursements and maintain fixed asset ledgers.
• Prepare monthly financial statement binders and analyze income statement trends.
• Provide internal and external auditing services and report to management on financial matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
