Job Title: Shipping & Receiving / Yard Support Associate
Pay: $20/hour
Hours: M - F, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you'll support daily shipping activities, assist with yard operations, and help maintain the seamless flow of materials within the facility. You will collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure precision, safety, and timely workflows.

What You'll Do:
As a Shipping & Receiving / Yard Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Performing all shipping and receiving duties for incoming and outgoing parts.
• Assembling and disassembling materials as required.
• Packaging and shipping UPS orders efficiently.
• Stocking shelves and organizing inventory upon arrival of materials.
• Assisting with yard work and basic yard jockey tasks as needed.
• Operating forklifts safely and proficiently.
• Moving and handling materials throughout the facility.
• Utilizing basic web-based tools and online platforms for task management.
• Supporting additional material handling responsibilities as the role evolves.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A willingness to learn and grow into broader material handling duties.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
• Basic computer and website navigation skills.
• Forklift experience preferred (paved-surface experience accepted).
• The physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• A readiness to work both indoors and outdoors in yard operations.
