Material Representative

1099 Contract assignment (3 to 6 months)

Location:

Loring-Limestone International Airport (Limestone, Maine)

Responsible for performing warehouse duties related to the safe handling and processing of aircraft material as required by company, regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Performing initial receiving of material including inspection of packaging and parts for damage; quantity and accuracy and entry.
• Routine warehouse duties such stocking and issuing of aircraft parts.
• Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as trucks and forklifts.
• Prepare material for shipping.
• Receive returned unserviceable parts to warehouse.
• Perform physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Enter all entries into our Inventory Management system.

• 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• 1 year of inventory management.
• Must have clean driving record and possess valid driver license.
• Must be able to pass a 10 year background check.
• Must be computer literate with Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe.
