Mount View High School & Mount View Middle School in Thorndike, ME, seek positive and dynamic coaches who are passionate about their sport, teaching student-athletes, and developing, maintaining, or creating a successful athletic program.
Qualifications- Certification as a High/Middle school Coach by the Maine Principals Association or eligible for certification (Certification can be found on page 50 of the MPA Coaches Handbook)
- Must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma.
- At least 1 year of relevant coaching experience for HS positions, no experience required for Middle School
- Strong knowledge of the sport and current best practices in training and coaching
- CHRC (criminal history record check) required or able to be obtained upon employment
