- Lead mid-size development efforts while mentoring less senior team members

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and Kubernetes
- 6+ years of experience writing software in Go or Java/C++
- Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering
- Experience in performance analysis, troubleshooting, tuning, and capacity planning
- Experience with automating software deployment to production instances and managing software releases
- Strong Linux and systems experience
- Familiarity with Jenkins and continuous integration
