Position Summary

This position supports the Y’s mission to strengthen the community through its programs and services.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with supervisors to promote healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development.
• Create and implement campaigns, programs, or curriculum to advance the Y’s mission while ensuring safety, licensing standards, and excellent customer service.
• Work with staff to deliver quality programming.
• Build authentic relationships with participants and connect them to the Y.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including rescue equipment safety.

Education Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, or currently working towards completion.
