Position: HVAC/Refrigeration Route-Based Technician

We're looking for a skilled Route-based HVAC/Refrigeration Technician with the ability to work alongside our team of other technicians. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for commercial installations and repairs, executing service and maintenance contracts, and should be proficient in troubleshooting refrigerant-based systems, electrical and installation. We are looking for a technician who can work independently on projects and take initiative when necessary.

This is for a Route-based technician that will travel in your designated territory.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose problems and make repairs.
• Repair heating and air conditioning systems.
• Test systems to ensure proper operation.
• Install and repair gas, oil, and electric furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, and any other heating or cooling equipment.
• Test all safety devices on gas furnaces.
• Install, repair and maintain domestic water heaters.
• Isolate faults in electrical circuits using testing and reading electrical schematics.
• Be familiar with different types of HVAC systems.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience HVAC
• Installation/Diagnostic experience
• EPA Type II license
• Available to work weekends on a revolving schedule
• 10 hour shifts
• 2 shifts available Sun - Wed or Wed - Sat 7am-5:30pm
• On call during scheduled shift
• Must pass background check and driving record check

Benefits:

• Salary Range: $35.00/hr.

- $45.00/hr.
