We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Ductwork Fabrication/Installation Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with designing/fabricating sheet metal ductwork, measuring jobs and installation. Candidate must be a Team player and work with a positive attitude.

This role involves reading blueprints, assembling ductwork and Installation, ensuring installations are correct according industry standard specifications and safety standards. We maintain a very high quality of workmanship and expect you to want do the same.

• Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Measure and cut sheet metal and ducting for precise installation
• Seal joints and connections correctly to ensure energy efficiency
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Contractors, and Clients regarding job progress and expectations
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and be a Team player
• Maintain clean and organized work sites

• Experience with Ductwork fabrication/installation, preferred
• Ability to read and interpret plans and/or blueprints, preferred
• Physical ability to climb ladders and work in confined areas
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills required
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be able to work independently
