Salmon Falls Nursery & Landscaping is a renowned local company, dedicated provider of beautiful landscapes and hardscapes for our esteemed clients. We are currently in search of a highly motivated, diligent, and reliable Hardscape Foreman (& Crew Members) to join our growing professional install team(s), with projects primarily focused on Residential property landscape construction. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our customers' visions to life through meticulous coordination of hardscape and landscape projects.

• Supervise, manage, and collaborate with landscaping and hardscaping crews
• Ensure jobs are executed in line with industry and company standards
• Communicate project plans and production goals with team members and clients
• Adhere to all safety and maintenance procedures
• Monitor and record all expenses and crew hours worked
• Prepare and oversee job sites from inception to completion
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Complete all necessary paperwork and job-related information
• Engage & communicate with clients to ensure job satisfaction

• 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams
• Proficiency in installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications, including hardscapes, plantings, and low-voltage lighting
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Proficiency and/or willingness to learn how to safely operate standard landscaping machinery (excavators / skid steers / loaders)
• Valid driver's license
• Consistent, reliable attendance record
• Comfortable working in diverse weather conditions
