Automotive Repair Shops | Full-Time
We are a growing automotive repair company looking for a skilled, dependable, and adaptable Facilities Maintenance & Renovation Technician to help maintain, repair, and improve our shop locations.
This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and takes pride in fixing, building, and improving things. If you’re the type who can look at a problem and figure it out — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple automotive repair shops
- Maintain and repair vehicle lifts (training provided if needed)
- Handle general building maintenance (walls, doors, flooring, fixtures, lighting, plumbing, etc.)
- Paint and renovate shop interiors and exteriors as needed
- Repair deficiencies identified during inspections or day-to-day operations
- Assist with minor remodels and renovations
- Coordinate with management on priorities and timelines
- Ensure shops remain safe, clean, functional, and professional
- Strong handyman / maintenance background
- Mechanically and technically inclined
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Comfortable using tools, power equipment, and troubleshooting issues
- Self-motivated and dependable — you don’t need to be micromanaged
- Able to work independently and manage tasks across multiple locations
- Valid driver’s license (travel between locations required)
- Experience with automotive shop equipment or lifts
- Electrical, plumbing, or HVAC exposure
- Construction, remodeling, or facilities maintenance experience
- Welding or fabrication skills
- Steady, full-time work
