Treeline’s Mechanical Services Technician uses mechanical, maintenance, and fabrication skills to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems and related equipment and facilities. The Technician uses mechanical, electrical, and communication skills to assist in the day-to-day operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing and other systems/process/equipment to ensure all appropriate team members and outside parties understand the needs of the Property Management Team and ensure efficient operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

• Create efficient workflow.
• Perform preventative maintenance timely to reduce downtime and repair cost.
• Recognize potential problems and take corrective actions to prevent failures and downtime.
• Diagnose and repair/replace various parts/components that have failed or are causing malfunctions related to heating equipment and other systems.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized workspace/stocked van.
• Service equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions, Maine Fuel Board regulations/codes and/or industry standards.
• Perform all paperwork and record keeping duties timely, legibly, and accurately.
• Must be able to work occasional flexible hours to include 24/7 on-call duties and various weekends.
• Responsibilities to install, clean and inspect gas and oil equipment.
• Independently run service and new construction jobs/keep on-going parts ordered and on track.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid/Clean Driver's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the US
• Propane and Natural Gas License
• Oil Journeyman or higher qualification
• Minimum 8 years of related professional job experience
• Proficient in associated technological computer and related skills
