** position summary:
** patrols casino and/or is assigned to designated rotating posts throughout each shift.
** primary duties and responsibilities:
*** promotes superior guest service.
* maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the spirit of tâlícn and the core values of ilani.
* exhibits a professional appearance, attitude, and overall demeanor.
* protects patrons and employees from illegal activity and in times of emergency.
* safeguards money and assets transported to and from and within the gaming facility and cashier/cage departments.
* investigates and records all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility and maintains incident report writing.
* verifies jackpot payouts and hopper re-fills.
* fire command monitoring and reporting.
* maintains confidentiality of sensitive information**.
*** performs other duties as assigned.
** minimum qualifications:
*** high school diploma / ged; recognized equivalent of a high school diploma (red) or foreign high school diploma (fhd).
* must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
* must have a desire to assist guests and treat all guests in a consistently positive manner.
* must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner.
* must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
* must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time throughout an 8-hour shift.
* must be able to work inside and outside year around.
* must possess a valid driver’s license.
* must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
* must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
** preferred qualifications:
