Security – Cash Transport Guard (LLV) RoleInside every iconic Brink’s truck is a team member ensuring safe pick‑up, delivery, and connection of money from one place to the next.
Responsibilities- Guard and maintain the safety and security of employees, armored truck, and liability at all times.
- Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations.
- Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions.
- Remain alert and prepared at all times, protecting the premises against attack and monitoring for accidents that could result in loss.
- Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business.
- Provide service to customer ATMs, including loading/unloading currency, changing receipt paper, and clearing paper jams.
- Follow all applicable procedures, policies, and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying, handling, and use of firearms.
- Provide excellent customer service and guard liability and assets.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Compliance with all Department of Transportation requirements.
- A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements.
- Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required license.
- Chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only).
- Maintenance of tactical procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Completion of all required internal training applicable to the position.
- Passing pre‑employment verification, background check, and drug screening as permitted by law.
- Previous security experience in an armed environment.
- Military background.
