What You’ll Be Brewing
  • Build a positive rapport with retail customers within a defined territory; understand opportunities, customer issues and challenges, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Execute the sales plan through expanded SKU distribution, increased shelf space, displays and placement of brand collateral at retail.
  • Execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in the assigned territory, including efficient execution of existing and new promotional events and calendars.
  • Submit regular recaps outlining objectives, results, barriers and opportunities; participate in sales/business meetings and presentations.
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge on all new and existing product lines while understanding competitors’ offerings in the marketplace.
Key Ingredients
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 1+ years experience in sales or management, preferably in the non‑alcoholic beverage space, consumer products or related industries.
  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, remotely and as part of a team.
  • Passion for winning, a results‑oriented attitude, a thoughtful approach to problem‑solving and positive energy.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory, and occasional meetings, training and events outside the territory.

Pay & Benefits

Salary range: $51,000.00 to $67,000.00, inclusive of a 10% target short‑term incentive. On average, $23,000 is spent per employee on benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement (with above‑market employer match), wellness incentives and employee assistance program, plus paid time off (holidays, vacation days and sick days). The range reflects non‑discriminatory factors such as location, experience, skill set and internal equity.
