Location: Edgecomb

Glidden Point Oyster Company is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to help keep our wholesale sales running smoothly as we scale. This is an in‑person role based at our farm in Edgecomb, with monthly meetings in Portland and occasional local customer outreach.

This role works directly with our Sales Director and sits at the center of our sales operations — managing orders, keeping systems organized, supporting customers, and helping turn farm

What You’ll Do
  • Manage wholesale orders from outreach through fulfillment
  • Maintain customer data, pricing, and records in our CRM and order systems
  • Prepare price sheets, reports, and sales summaries
  • Track customer trends and support demand forecasting
  • Coordinate closely with farm operations on inventory and harvest timing
  • Support customer communication and problem‑solving
  • Help improve sales workflows and systems as we grow
What We’re Looking For
  • 2-4 year experience in sales operations, order management, or analytics
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, CRMs, and systems
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset
  • Interest in seafood, farming, or local food is a plus
  • Based at our working oyster farm in Edgecomb, Maine
  • Some early mornings tied to harvest schedules
  • Occasional weekend outreach during busy seasons
