Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Insurance Sales Professional based in Long Island, NY. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions, including home, auto, life, and small business insurance policies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting consultations, generating new leads, and delivering excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for meeting sales goals, staying updated on insurance products, and contributing to the agency's community-focused mission.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify client needs and present suitable insurance products effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of or experience in insurance products and policies, especially home, auto, life, and small business insurance.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology and software tools for client management and sales reporting.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer service environment is strongly preferred.
  • Active state insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame.
  • Passion for serving and supporting local communities and a commitment to upholding the agency's values.
