Sales Specialist focused on Living Benefit Life Insurance. Partnered with multiple carriers to offer a diverse portfolio of life insurance and financial solutions.

Our agents help families across the country find Life Insurance, Retirement Solutions and Financial Services Solutions to protect their futures.

• Prospecting and lead generation using our platform to focus on client interactions.
• Client consultation: perform needs assessments and present life insurance options to help clients meet their goals.
• Sales presentation: deliver tailored presentations to individuals and groups.
• Relationship management: build long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support.
• Market research: stay informed on industry trends to position products effectively.
• Sales reporting: maintain records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare reports for management.
• Compliance: ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
• Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing support provided).

• 100% commission-based compensation plus incentives with no caps.
• Bonuses awarded monthly on the 15th based on performance.
• Residuals paid on the anniversary date of client policy sales.
• Compensation range varies by market performance.
