Budtender - Retail Associate

What You'll Do

• As a Cannasseur, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while upholding the standards that make ECC a trusted name in the industry.
• Provide outstanding customer service and guide guests through product selection with warmth, professionalism, and integrity.
• Verify customer eligibility in accordance with state regulations and ECC compliance standards.
• Accurately build orders, process transactions, and navigate our POS system with attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of ECC products, strains, and effects, confidently sharing information and recommendations.
• Support daily retail operations including phone inquiries, inventory counts, restocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation.
• Assist with menu updates, product displays, and in-store educational materials.
• Follow all security protocols and compliance procedures at all times.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, including daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with Retail Leadership to achieve sales goals and support brand initiatives.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers in a friendly, informative, and professional way.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with compliance and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-energy environment
• Personal familiarity with cannabis and a genuine interest in continuing to learn.
• A team-oriented, outgoing, and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in close proximity to teammates with respect and awareness.

Schedule & Availability

Our dispensary is open 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, seven days a week.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Weekend availability is essential.
