Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Salesperson located in Wilton, ME. The Retail Salesperson will assist customers in selecting products, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, processing transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and keeping the store environment clean and organized.
Qualifications- Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of the cannabis industry
- Retail Sales and Sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse customers effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications in the cannabis industry are a plus
- Must comply with all local and state cannabis regulations
