Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Openings

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face behind the counter greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and making sure every experience is personal and excellent.

• Greet guests with a smile and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate the register and handle payments (cash, card, digital) with care
• Answer questions about the menu and make thoughtful suggestions
• Keep the front counter, dining area, and condiment station clean and stocked
• Support baristas and kitchen staff during busy periods
• Assist with light food prep or drink handoff as needed
• Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally

• Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus—but not required
• Friendly, upbeat personality and great communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Passion for coffee, food, and great service
