Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Documented knowledge of Food Service program requirements & records
• Demonstrated ability to work with others in a team setting
• Demonstrated ability to complete assigned tasks and reports in a timely manner
• Evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow recipes
• Documented knowledge of:
• Quantity food production
• Storage and handling techniques
• Sanitation techniques
• Interpreting, following and adapting recipes
• Inventory control
• Interpreting and maintaining HACCP compliance
• Power Lunch for Point of Service and Reporting
• Certification for SERVSAFE
