Shift Managers for Opening, Day, and Closing Shifts

We are seeking Shift Managers with prior McDonald’s management experience who are able to work opening and/or closing shifts. Pay starts at $18 per hour for full availability and $17 per hour for limited availability. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your schedule.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, and communicate with the next shift manager.
• Meet targets and help departments reach their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with a flexible schedule who thrive in McDonald’s fast‑paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to manage at our corporate‑owned restaurants.
