• Lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during the shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, monitor safety and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet shift targets and help assigned departments meet their goals.

• Shift Managers with previous McDonald's management experience and availability for opening and/or closing shifts receive up to $18/hour.
• Shift Managers with limited availability receive up to $17/hour.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule and positive team‑player mindset.
