As an Applebee’s Server, you will provide the first and last impression for our guests. You must be friendly, recommend menu items, and anticipate guest needs. The role offers a fun, flexible work schedule and opportunities for growth. You must be at least 18 years old, communicate effectively, and be committed to making an impact. • Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Make menu recommendations and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service bar.
• Communicate clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to guest service and teamwork.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for periods up to four (4) hours; safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Must transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Ability to wear protective hand, face, and foot coverings throughout the shift and to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies.

Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap is required.
