What You'll Do
  • Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate and deliver staff orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education programs
  • Monitor clinical competencies, in-services, and annual training requirements
  • Assist with audits, quality improvement initiatives, and survey preparedness
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff across all shifts
  • Participate in staffing, scheduling, and performance management as needed
What You'll Need
  • Active, unencumbered MA RN license
  • Active CPR certification
  • Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience
  • Leadership or staff development experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teaching skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations (CMS)
