CompensationHourly Rate $37.00 - $44.00
Day RNs receive a $10,000 sign‑on bonus paid out over 2 years.
Night RNs receive a $20,000 sign‑on bonus paid out over 2 years.

RNJob Summary
Registered nurses (RNs) work closely with supervising physicians to assess and monitor residents’ needs, ensure treatment and care are conducted according to the facility’s procedures, administer medications, and perform other related tasks.
Responsibilities And Duties- Care for residents.
- Exhibit strong clinical skills.
- Demonstrate excellent bedside manner.
- Record a resident’s medical history, symptoms, and vitals.
- Update resident charts and EMR.
- Administer medication and treatment plans.
- Comply with federal, state, and local nursing regulations, standards, and policies.
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and administrators.
- AS or BS degree in nursing.
- Currently registered/licensed in Maine.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation. Remain current during employment.
- Knowledge and use of EMR and solid computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Effective leadership skills and an ability to invest in growing this skill.
- Read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
