Charge Nurse (RN) –
St. George Endoscopy – M-F Schedule –
No Weekends/Holidays

We are currently searching for an experienced Charge Nurse (RN) to work Full-Time (4 days) in our Monday–Friday ambulatory endoscopy center. This role functions in a rotating structure, serving as Charge Nurse on assigned days and as a floor RN on remaining days. Fast-paced endoscopy center seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented nurse with strong clinical and organizational skills to support daily operations and quality initiatives.

• Major responsibilities include coordinating day-of clinical flow, serving as a clinical resource for staff, supporting Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities, assisting with infection control rounding and audits, and ensuring documentation workflows are completed appropriately.
• The Charge RN will also assist with patient care, including preparing patients for procedures, assisting physicians during procedures, and providing care in recovery.
• Exhibit active participation in QAPI activities, focus studies, and other responsibilities that contribute to the effective and compliant operation of the center.
• Support leadership but does not include disciplinary authority or independent management decision-making.

• Proficiency in acute care nursing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work cooperatively with staff, physicians, and patients.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, hold a current state RN license, and maintain ACLS certification.
• Endoscopy or ASC experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
