CRNA Opportunity - Northern Maine Millinocket, ME Full-Time Independent Practice

A critical access hospital in Northern Maine is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative team of three. Located at the base of Mt. Katahdin and Baxter State Park, this position offers a unique schedule, excellent compensation, and the opportunity to practice independently across a wide range of cases.

Position Highlights:

Independent CRNA practice - no anesthesiologist supervision

Bread-and-butter cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Podiatry, Endoscopy, Pain Management, and healthy Pediatrics

Experience with spinals and epidurals preferred; opportunity to learn ultrasound-guided regional blocks1:3 rotating schedule:

Week 1:
Monday-Friday (no call)
Week 2:
Monday-Friday with call through Monday morning

Week 3:
Off

Qualifications:

Current RN license (Maine)
NBCRNA certification

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

Strong customer service skills; calm under pressure

Prior experience preferred, but open to recent graduates
