You’ll Be Doing Event & Trade Show Support
- Assist with preparing booth materials, signage, crates, and promotional items for events and trade shows.
- Provide hands‑on support onsite, including setup, teardown, signage installation, traffic flow, and booth hosting.
- Capture event photography and video, then organize and tag assets for use across marketing channels.
- Help package, label, ship, and track product samples and swag.
- Maintain organized inventory of marketing materials across multiple storage locations.
- Coordinate with Sales to fulfill sample requests quickly and accurately.
- Visit job sites to photograph and film installations, testimonials, and project walkthroughs.
- Gather raw content for blogs, case studies, and digital campaigns.
- Support the maintenance of our central marketing asset library—ensuring files are named, tagged, and easy for the whole team to find.
- Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and project timelines.
- Manage orders for marketing collateral, swag, and promotional materials.
- Support preparation of presentations, briefs, and other internal materials.
- Develop your skills in photography, videography, and foundational editing.
- Help identify customer stories and opportunities for case studies during site visits.
- Support cross‑functional content needs with images, references, and field documentation.
- Work closely with event, digital, sales, and technical teams.
- Act as a connector between the field and the marketing office.
- Contribute to a supportive, “all‑hands‑on‑deck” environment where creativity and collaboration drive results.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- A flexible, positive attitude and comfort jumping into a wide range of tasks.
- Basic photography skills and an interest in visual storytelling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., navigate job sites, and work in varying conditions.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools and openness to learning new software.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability, building products, architecture, or construction.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, photography, social media, or related areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, Business, or a related field preferred (but not required).
