Maintenance Shift Lead

• Team Leadership:
  Supervise, coach, and coordinate the activities of the night shift maintenance technicians. Ensure your teams' assigned work orders are completed and manage emergency repair priorities.
• Equipment Reliability:
  Oversee the repair and preventative maintenance of processing and packaging equipment.
• Operational Support:
  Partner closely with Production Supervisors to address equipment issues immediately and minimize production interruptions.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce strict adherence to LOTO, and food safety standards.
• Documentation:
  Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System to track work orders, work requests, and to send shift reports.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify recurring mechanical or electrical issues and propose long‑term technical solutions.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
• Leadership:
  Proven experience leading or supervising a technical team.
• Physical:
  Ability to stand/walk for 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability:
  Comfort working the 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM schedule.
