Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership:
Supervise, coach, and coordinate the activities of the night shift maintenance technicians. Ensure your teams' assigned work orders are completed and manage emergency repair priorities. - Equipment Reliability:
Oversee the repair and preventative maintenance of processing and packaging equipment. - Operational Support:
Partner closely with Production Supervisors to address equipment issues immediately and minimize production interruptions. - Safety & Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to LOTO, and food safety standards. - Documentation:
Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System to track work orders, work requests, and to send shift reports. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify recurring mechanical or electrical issues and propose long‑term technical solutions.
- Experience:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment. - Leadership:
Proven experience leading or supervising a technical team. - Physical:
Ability to stand/walk for 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs. - Availability:
Comfort working the 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM schedule.
