About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Rumford Hourly Production worker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products. You will work closely with other team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role.
As a Rumford Hourly Production worker, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process and contribute to the success of our company.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with production equipment and processes
* Experience with quality control procedures
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
* Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
* Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Compensation:
$22.51 - $47.91 per hour
This position offers a progressive pay structure. Employees are hired at $22.51 and are required to complete training and demonstrate proficiency at each defined level of responsibility in order to advance and qualify for the highest rate of pay.

As a Rumford Hourly Production worker, you will utilize your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient and timely production of high-quality products. You will also use your communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members and meet production goals.
